Does CartMotive edit my theme code?
No. CartMotive uses Shopify theme app extensions. A merchant enables the Cart drawer app embed or adds the Cart page app block in the theme editor, and can disable or remove either surface there.
Why is a campaign not visible?
Check that the applicable theme surface is enabled, the campaign is active, selected products are available, plan access is active, and the cart matches the campaign's value, product, collection, device, and surface targeting rules.
What does CartMotive measure?
When analytics consent is available, CartMotive can report campaign impressions, clicks, add attempts, and successful adds. Revenue and order attribution appear only when the required Shopify approval and CartMotive capability are enabled.
Where do I change or cancel a plan?
Open Plans and billing in CartMotive. Plan selection and approval are completed on Shopify's secure hosted plan page. Cancellation is confirmed in CartMotive and processed by Shopify.
What happens to data after uninstall?
Storefront runtime is disabled immediately and Shopify sessions are removed. CartMotive processes Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks, including verified shop deletion. See the privacy policy for retention details.
